Hours:
The clinic is open Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and
Fridays from 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Walk-in appointments
welcome. Messages can be left after regular business
hours by calling 749-2877.
Services available:
The Randall Lakes Area Clinic has the capabilities to
care for most primary care health needs (illnesses,
minor injuries, etc.). In addition, the following are
some services available:
* Physicals
(work, sports, DOT, pre-operative, etc.)
* Lab work and blood draws
* Immunizations
* Injections (e.g. Vitamin B-12, flu shots, Depo-Provera)
* Child and teen checkups
* Blood pressure screening
* SAGE breast & cervical cancer screening
* Minor procedures (i.e.: wart, mole, or skin lesion
removal)
Prescription Services:
Next day mail delivery of prescriptions is available
from pharmacies in Little Falls and the surrounding
area (a handling fee may be added).

intersection of US Highway 10 and MN State Highway 115
at 250 White Oak Drive in Randall. The clinic phone

Staff:
Michelle
Dahlberg, PA-C, ATC
Michelle is a board-certified physician assistant and
certified athletic trainer. She is the primary care
provider at the Randall Lakes Area Clinic and is on
the medical staff of Family Medical Center, a multi-specialty
clinic based in Little Falls with satellite clinics
in Pierz and Randall. Michelle earned her Bachelor of
Science degree in athletic training and psychology from
South Dakota State University in Brookings and holds
a Master of Arts in Kinesiology from the University
of Minnesota.
She
completed her physician assistant training through Augsburg
College in Minneapolis and was recently re-certified
as a physician assistant, which involves passing a comprehensive
written exam.
Terry
Witt, LPN, is a licensed practical nurse and
serves as the primary nurse at the Randall Lakes Area
Clinic. Terry has more than 30 years of experience in
health care having served as the nurse for general and
orthopedic surgeons, a foot surgeon (podiatrist) and
in the specialty outreach clinics at St. Gabriel's Hospital.
In addition to her clinical expertise and experience
(triaging phone calls, assisting health care providers
with treatment and follow-up), she's also adept at completing
Worker's Compensation and other insurance authorizations
and assisting patients with their insurance verification
and authorization needs. Terry is also responsible for
processing lab work at the clinic.
Louise
Block is a certified nursing assistant, a certified
home health aide and has completed a variety of courses
related to medical insurance authorization and verification.
She has previously served as a human services technician
for the State of Minnesota and worked with Mille Lacs
Health System in Onamia. Louise is the receptionist
for the Randall Lakes Area Clinic with responsibilities
for scheduling appointments and patient registration.
James
Gehant, MD, is a family practice physician.
Dr. Gehant is board-certified by the American Board
of Family Practice and is responsible for overseeing
the medical care provided at the Randall Lakes Area
Clinic.
